Frequently asked questions

+How do I read a signal?

Every signal has five fields: direction (long or short), entry price, exit target, stop loss, and timeframe (always 5-minute candles). The stop loss isn't optional — it's the other half of the trade. Status moves from pending to win or loss once price touches the exit or the stop; if neither happens within a couple of hours, it force-resolves at the current price. Full walkthrough is in the education section.

+Why haven't I received any signals yet?

The engine is intentionally selective — it only fires on a real EMA9/EMA21 crossover with an RSI filter, not on a fixed schedule. Some hours or days genuinely produce nothing, and that's expected behavior for a disciplined system, not a bug. Check your dashboard's signal history to confirm the engine is running; a completely empty history for more than a day is worth a support message.

+How do I set my risk parameters?

Go to Dashboard → Risk. Set your max risk per trade and max risk per day as a percent of your capital, and every live signal's suggested position size respects those numbers automatically. This is a Pro feature.

+How do I get signals on Telegram or my phone?

Dashboard → Notifications. For Telegram, tap the connect link and hit Start in the Telegram app — that links your account instantly. For phone alerts, tap "Enable push on this device" (works best if you've added the site to your home screen first, especially on iPhone).

+What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter ($30/mo) gets you the core signal feed plus email and Telegram delivery. Pro ($100/mo) adds the Transparent Performance Dashboard, Risk Management Parameters, the full education library, the community forum, mobile push, and Multiple Timeframe Analysis. Both start with the same 14-day free trial.

+How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can update your card, switch plans, or cancel. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

+What happens when my 14-day trial ends?

Billing starts automatically on whichever plan you picked at signup, using the card you added. Cancel any time before the trial ends in the billing portal and you won't be charged at all.

+How do I delete my account?

We don't have automated self-serve deletion yet — send us a message below with the email your account is under and we'll delete your account and data by hand within a few days.
